The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, with everything we wanted to see and do within walking distance. And the rooftop terrace was a definite highlight, offering stunning views and a perfect place to relax with a drink.

The sleep quality was not the best. the mattress in our room was uncomfortably hard, and the pillows were way too thin.

The location couldn't get any better, it was walking distance to everything. The room was well decorated and clean. The bathroom was a decent size and had everything needed. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

There was a lot of street noise at night that made it hard to sleep.

It had every detail we needed, we liked staff and rooms. There was a nice restaurant for dinner in the hotel...

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in a prime spot of the city. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, so close to everything that we wanted to visit, and also very close to local sights. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with the necessary information we needed. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided, and the transportation arranged by the hotel was very convenient.

the hotel was cute, location was ideal in the centre of the city, fine breakfast. overall clean venue, great service. parking was nearby and we didn't mind paying extra usd 32 per day.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely go again. Central location, not too far away from a historical park.

The fact that it is situated in a palace adds a touch of grandeur to the whole experience. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with sleek bathrooms and even a Nespresso machine. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the high level of service provided by the reception staff to the delicious breakfasts with made-to-order coffee and an array of different pastries. Truly a great value for money!

The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and the reading room was a nice bonus. We received helpful recommendations for restaurants and the staff were very friendly. a lovely stay.

Great central location, lovely modern rooms in a historic building. Helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses, and freshly ground coffee. Little touches like free wine and bottled water made for a delightful stay. Highly recommend for a enjoyable visit to this beautiful city.
